Connection Cafe

Fridays From 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What is Connection Cafe?

Connection Cafe is a social hub that offers a safe place for people to socialise while enjoying a sausage sizzle, tea and coffee. We are open every Friday at the Ascension Parish Hall (17 Spring Park Rd, Midland WA 6056).

We also assist people by providing hampers of groceries, fresh produce and connecting people to other support services. Everyone is welcome to attend!

History

Connection Cafe has been running for over 20 years under various names such as Ascension Connection or Ascension Emergency Food Relief (AEFR). From originally handing out vouchers, to now actual groceries and hosting a sausage sizzle, the program has undeniably changed. Throughout all these years, one thing has remained the same - the desire to make a difference in this world by supporting those in need.
